We have been successfully developing the managing agent activity since 1996.

to organize the technical management and maintenance of the real estate property, so as to constantly reduce expenses.

to regularly visit buildings to review their condition,
to prepare and lead General Meetings of co-owners, propose actions, gather estimates, implement decisions and manage budgets together with the "Management Committee of the block of flats" and the co-owners,

to monitor legal developments.
