CONTRAT + is a power to sell by lots with a commitment to repurchase any unsold lots at the end of the order term.

Thus we provide a contractual guarantee of compliance with a sale turnover and time limit, by undertaking to repurchase the remaining stock; remaining flats are most often made of flats occupied either by old age people who are not able to buy, or by tenants involved in a litigation.

This contract allows the principal to be aware of the flows generated by the operation and saves him the trouble of remaining a minority co-owner.

The financial terms of said guarantee are laid down when executing the power of sale.


The repurchase guarantee can only be implemented at the principal's express request.
